Ashley – Practice Manager

Ashley has been a part of the Dublin Metro Dental team for more than 15+ years. Ashley is a phenomenal leader as she orients and trains new employees, coordinates team meetings, and keeps our daily schedule on track. As Practice Manager, she is constantly evolving her leadership skills to help our workdays go smoothly. In her spare time, Ashley enjoys spending time with her daughter, watching movies, and being outdoors.

Neelima – Operations Manager

Neelima graduated with a doctorate in Dental Surgery from India and completed a Master’s in Health Care Administration at the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee. She worked at the Wisconsin Children’s Hospital before joining Dublin Metro Dental She enforces compliance to OSHA safety and HIPAA patient privacy regulations, directs and manages staff duties, and regularly updates our employee policy manual. Outside of work, Neelima loves going to concerts, painting, hiking, and running.
